Club Penguin Rocky Tracker February 2013

Hey guys!

Rocky and CeCe aren’t mascots. Instead they are “Visitors”. These are club penguin’s first visitors. Instead of having a stamp they only have an exclusive background but of course you’ll be able to add them! That’s why we are tracking them. We track any club penguin mascot and visitor, now. Anyway, to help you find Rocky, we’ve just built and coded and finally finished the 100% accurate Rocky Tracker for the Ultimate Jam. This one actually HELPS you find Rocky. Rocky’s real name is actually Raquel, Rocky is just a nickname. Here is the tracker.

If the trackers above are tracking her or are outdated or you want to find them on your own, use these tips. These are the tips Crabspider32 uses.
1. The Rocky Tracker above is extremely accurate and updates every 15 minutes with Rocky’s last seen location.
2. Rocky will usually go on Club Penguin’s popular servers during the peak hours of the day. She will usually go on less popular servers when less penguins are online.
3. Rocky is most commonly found on Mammoth, Blizzard, and Frozen. Check these servers first. PLEASE NOTE: She doesn’t only go on these servers! Just check them first!
4. Rocky is currently wearing the color Aqua, brown hair, a skirt and a jacket.
5. Rocky is always online club penguin when club penguin announces it, but when Club Penguin Support is offline, that means she will be offline. However, she’ll still be on Foreign servers such as Spanish, French, Portuguese and German due to other time zones.
6. If you do find rocky, click on her then add her and get her exclusive background.
7. Rocky logs off servers every 10-15 minutes. That means you’ll have to refresh the page fast on your web browser to get the latest update.
8. Finding Rocky takes a lot of patience. Using my tracker will increase your chance of finding Rocky.
9. If you notice a server that is usually not crowded suddenly get crowded, check this server for Rocky. There is a high chance Rocky will be on this server.
10. We do not know what rooms Rocky will visit, but she will most likely be in the exclusive party room. This will be updated when we know what rooms Rocky will be in.
11. She will not visit servers she has already visited again for about 3 hours. So here is a timeline to help you find out what servers we’ve spotted her in so you know which ones not to check:

12. A final tip is, you can just go into a server and room, and wait for Rocky. This is unrecommended and it doesn’t usually work, but sometimes it can range from 5 minutes to 3 hours. It really all depends if Rocky was on that server recently or not. Above we have listed a list of servers we have FOUND her on but it doesn’t mean that’s the servers she has BEEN on.
