PH’s first official appearance was on the DS game Club Penguin Elite Penguin Force. She would help you during these missions, and she also taught Flare, and all elite puffles.
A few months ago thecptrackers.com wrote a post saying that we found some evidence that Puffle Handler was going to be waddling around one day. It was first strongly rumored that she would waddle around for the Construction of the Puffle Shop because she was going to help, however it was later found to not be true. But she’s going to login to as many servers as she can now, so get ready!
