Rookie is online! to help you find rookie we’ve built this January 2012 100% accurate tracker that, unlike a lot of trackers, This one is 100% real, 100% accurate, and helps you find rookie. Here are some tips to Find Rookie:
#1. This rookie tracker gets updated every 10 minutes. The tracker reports Rookie’s last seen location, and as soon as Rookie is on a different server the tracker is immediately updated!
#2. Rookie is not in the Club Penguin Island all of the time!! He is online as of January 28th, 2012.
#3. Rookie is on popular servers, usually 3, 4, or 5 bar servers! So the best servers to check are Mammoth, Blizzard, and Frozen as these always have 3, 4, or 5 bars. He does not only go on these servers, but if your going to track alone, these are your 3 recommended servers to check first!
#4. Rookie is wearing a red flying cap, with red sunglasses. He is also wearing a Red Hawaiian Shirt and the color Green.
#5. Rookie will be found in rooms that include: Underground Maze (Underwater Party), Beach, Lighthouse, or Dock. He can be found in different rooms as well but check those rooms first.
#6. Rookie changes servers every 15 minutes. This means you’ll have to refresh the page fast on your web browser. The website may be slower if 30 or more people are tracking at once.
#7. Rookie is always online when he visits Club Penguin, but when Club Penguin Support is closed, that means he’s offline. Check other languages! After 10:00 PM (EST) he will stop visiting the English Servers and move on to other languages.
#8. Finding Rookie will take patience! We spend 8 hours tracking rookie, so we ask for you to be patient. If you use thecptrackers.com #2 most accurate trackers on the web you’ll have a higher chance!
#9. Rookie will be very crowded when he is online a server. Usually every penguin in that room will crowd him. Be sure to click him so you can get his background and add him to your buddy list!
#10. These are the times Rookie will be online. All times in EST.
English Servers: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM (EST)
French Servers: 11:00 AM – 12:00 AM (EST)
Portugese Servers: 12:00 PM – 1:00 AM (EST)
German Servers: 2:00 PM – 1:00 AM (EST)
Note he is very rarely found on German Servers.

Hopefully these tips will help you, and if they don’t use the tracker. If you, however, find a server rookie is not online, that does not mean he isn’t on the next server you check! Always refresh if rookie is not on that server and do another server. You may need to repeat this more then once!
